Under the brand Heller Pipes, the company aims to serve both the Georgian market and the wider post-Soviet region, combining German engineering excellence with local industrial growth.

We produce our high-quality PE-Xa pipes on a high-speed extrusion line delivered by German iBA GmbH, the world's leading PE-Xa specialist. iBA's extrusion lines have one thing in common: production reliability, state-of-the-art technology, high economic efficiency and a wide range of layer thicknesses and diameters in the applications. We are able to offer pipe dimensions from 12mm to 40mm to our customers.

In order to ensure constant and high-level quality of our pipes at all times, our extrusion line is equipped with iBA GmbH's measurement components.

This enables us to measure and monitor the entire production process and ensure that key factors such as wall thickness, inner and outer diameter, ovality and eccentricity always meet our high-quality standards. Apart from that surface defects such as bubbles, cracks, holes as well as as coating imperfections are detected immediately.

With the help of iDOO GmbH, a sister company of iBA GmbH, we are able to have real-time access to our production data at any time and from anywhere in the world in order to control and optimize our production process.
